Dr. Triya is the founder of Maximal Development Education, LLC, where she develops transformative curriculum and resources designed to provide culturally responsive, equity-focused learning tools that lead to optimal self-actualization for every person, child, and family unit. As an expert in diversity and inclusion, Dr. Triya provides professional development courses and coaching specializing (but not limited to) young professionals, women of color, and educators.

Meet Dr. Triya!

Dr. Triya’s life mission of “transforming the world, one mind at a time” began over 22 years ago when she started her career as an educator devoted to raising awareness for bilingual and multicultural communities around the world. During her tenure, she has led courses related to literacy development, designed multicultural curriculum materials, and facilitated workshops for individuals and professionals looking to integrate diversity and equity into their everyday lives. Whether speaking to teachers, executives, college students, or children, Dr. Collier knows how to convey powerful inspirational messages.

  • Dr. Collier guides a cohort of up to 10 early career professionals in a 6-week intensive mastermind group.

    By the end of the program participants:

    • Utilize the positive intelligence® operating system to build mental fitness as leaders

    • Grounds their leadership in social justice, equity, in liberatory leadership practices

    • Unpack limiting beliefs around personal and professional capacity

    • Design a leadership pathway that is centered in their life’s purpose

    • Work as an accountability group to test team development models to improve organizational culture

    • Design an intentional pathway for work/life balance

    • Build lasting relationships and accountability with other women leaders

  • In the increasingly “anti-DEI” climate, it is more critical than ever that organizations have data-driven, policies, procedures and practices that model how to center social justice and equity at the core of organizational culture. Dr. Collier will work with your team to devise an actionable plan that leads to transformational organizational culture.
